INVISIBLE SENTENCE

Phase 1

 

Through our partnership with Sussex Prisoners Families, we collated verbatim stories through a series of interviews with 6 women with loved ones serving a prison sentence. 

Working closely with the members of the Collective, Dinos Aristidou wrote a play which combined these 6 stories. 

Original music was written and recorded by Charlie Suff and the first public performance of the play was to a capacity audience at The Old Market, Hove on 20th November 2021.

Further development of the play and more performances starting with the Brighton Fringe Festival in May 2022.
